GUIDE YOU (Package A): Have some visions for your dream wedding, but don’t know where to begin? Want someone to take care of EVERYTHING for you so you can sit back and relax and enjoy being a bride? I’ll do that AND be there for your big day so that you do not have to worry about anything except spending time with your husband and loved ones!

Includes:

-Initial meeting to determine your style/desires to make your day all you’ve dreamed of!

-Unlimited email and phone calls

-Personalized timelines for the months ahead and for the big day

-Options for the following (including photos and information to help you with the vision):

-themes

-save-the-dates

-invitations

-attire for bride, groom, and bridal party including shoes and jewelry

-decorating/floral (including color design)

-place cards

-favors

-gift ideas for bridal party and family

-List of vendors who meet these needs including, but not limited to:

-venues

-entertainment (Disc Jockeys, Bands, Singers etc.)

-photography

-transportation

-accommodations for you and your guests

-hair and make-up

-caterers

-rentals (tents, tables, chairs, plates, props, etc.)

-TWO coordinators/planners so everything is “double-checked”                            

-Interaction and transactions with vendors

-Budget analysis and control

-Scheduling appointments for the bride, groom, and bridal party

-Rehearsal attendance and coordination

-Decorating and coordinating the day-of

-Day-Of confirmations with contracted vendors

-Detailed checklist for every aspect of your event

-Decoration of Bridal/Honeymoon Suite if applicable

-3 meetings in full (additional meetings are a fee, but generally not necessary)

BESIDE YOU (Package B):

Your wedding is all set to go, but who is going to make sure everything runs smoothly the day-of so that you don’t have to think of a thing? Let us stand beside you!!

Includes:

-2 Meetings (Initial and Final)

-Personalized timeline for day of

-Scheduling appointments for the bride, groom, and bridal party for day-of

-Day-of confirmations/transactions with contracted vendors

-Detailed checklist for every aspect of your event

-Rehearsal attendance

-Decorating along with venues (place cards, favors, aisle runner, bubbles, luminaries, centerpieces, etc.)

-Coordinating the bridal party entrance for ceremony and reception

-Coordinating dances and events throughout the reception along with your DJ/Band

-Seeing your whole day through from beginning to end

 

 

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD AND BOOGIE DOWN:

Dance Choreography for your first dance with bridal party. 

Try something new and wow your guests with a dance from your favorite movie or a dance that will go along with your theme. Everyone loves a performance…especially one that’s sure to be remembered!

Includes:

-Choreography to your favorite songs

-Dances ranging from Broadway to Hip-Hop to Movies

-3 rehearsals

-Additional rehearsals may be requested for an additional fee

-Dance space is to be provided by you (we will help to locate a nearby facility)

-In the event that the music needs to be altered/edited, there may be an extra fee.
